Why do I need camber plates?
  • Lowering your Mustang will cause the top of the front tires to "lean in" towards the center of the car (increased negative camber), resulting in rapid and/or uneven tire wear.
  • This excessive negative camber can be easily corrected with the Maximum Motorsports Caster Camber Plates, allowing alignment to factory specifications.
  • MM Caster Camber plates provide the means to adjust the front alignment for improved performance.

Tech Notes
  • Strange struts: For unknown reasons, Strange makes their strut shaft undersized. It is 0.619" in diameter instead of the standard Mustang size of 0.629" (16mm). This allows the strut shaft to move within the 16mm spherical bearing, causing noise, unless the strut shaft retaining nut is extremely tight.
