MM Coronavirus Update

We’re changing our phone hours to 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) so we have more time to process orders and get them out to you.

Please be aware
Our supply chain is suffering major pandemic-related disruptions. Many of our suppliers shut down for a time, and like us are operating with reduced manpower. Meanwhile, demand for MM products has skyrocketed. Thank you! We’re a small company and we regret our website isn’t fancy enough to inform you of back orders when you buy something. Please understand that we’re working as fast as we can to fill your orders.

UPS Shipping Times As of March 24, UPS no longer guarantees the shipping time for any shipment. i.e., expect shipping time to lengthen.

PayPal Credit

Shipping
All web orders are shipped by the method you choose during the checkout process. Our standard shipping carrier is United Parcel Service (UPS) for most items.

Available UPS services include:
  • Ground
  • 3 Day Select (see the Expedited Delivery section below)
  • 2nd Day Air (see the Expedited Delivery section below)
  • Next Day Air (see the Expedited Delivery section below)

Saturday delivery is not currently available for web orders-only for orders placed by phone. Note that Saturday delivery is not available in all geographic areas. In addition, it is available only when purchased along with Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air.

U.S. Mail
Shipping by U.S. Mail is possible for most items, but is not available on our website. Call us to place an order to be sent by U.S. Mail. Note that some items are too large for shipping by mail.

Items too large for UPS (most roll bars) are shipped by truck.

Expedited Delivery
What's "expedited delivery"?
Any UPS shipping service other than Ground Service.

To ensure timely shipment from our warehouse, we must process your order in time for it to be packed and ready for the UPS truck when it arrives. Thus, we need your order by 2:00 PM Pacific Time.

Please note: You're not home free if you submit a web order at 1:45 PM. We also must know you placed an order and that you want expedited shipping. Our team of human beings processes web orders and is often busy with a multitude of tasks. To ensure your order for expedited delivery is processed promptly, either follow up your web order with a phone call to alert us of your request for expedited shipping (have your order number handy) or place your order and shipping request by phone.

Alaska and Hawaii
The website does not always properly calculate shipping charges to the 49th and 50th states. You may still place an order on the website. We may need to contact you with revised shipping charges. You will need to approve any revised shipping charges before we can process your order.

International Addresses
The website does not properly calculate shipping charges to addresses outside of the United States. You may still place an order for international delivery, and we will contact you by email with the available shipping options and charges. You will need to approve the shipping charges before we can process your order.

APO Addresses
Shipment to an APO address can only be done through the U.S. Mail. Shipping by U.S. Mail is not currently available on the website. You may still place an order for delivery to an APO address, and we will contact you by email with the available shipping options and charges. You will need to approve the shipping charges before we can process your order.

Post Office Boxes
Shipment to a PO Box can only be done through the U.S. Mail. Shipping by U.S. Mail is not currently available on the website. You may still place an order for delivery to a PO Box, and we will contact you by email with the available shipping options and charges. You will need to approve the shipping charges before we can process your order.

Damaged Merchandise
Merchandise damaged in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. Maximum Motorsports inspects all merchandise prior to shipment and packages it securely. It is your responsibility to inspect it completely, while the driver is present, and have him/her note any damages. If damages are found after delivery, call the carrier immediately for an inspection. DO NOT return any damaged parts to Maximum Motorsports. If you do, the carrier may not honor your claim and the loss will become your responsibility. We can assist with the filing of any damage claims.

Back Orders
Backordered products will be shipped as soon as possible, unless we are otherwise directed. If an item is backordered you will be informed and given an estimated ship date.
