Wilwood brake pads, 6617 pad plate (axle set)

Fits: Wilwood AERO4 and AERO6 calipers (.670" thick pads).

• Axle set: 4 pads (enough for one pair of calipers)
• Choose the compound below. Street-legal compounds are listed first; BP-28 and higher are race compounds

Compound guide

• BP-Q: Medium friction pad with a smooth initial response. Use: Street use okay, custom show cars, street rods, muscle cars.
• BP-10: Medium friction pad. Use: Street use okay, muscle cars, drag race, light to medium braking on dirt.
• BP-20: Medium friction pad, highest effective temperature range in medium temperature pad group. Use: Street use okay, autocross, track day, drag race, medium braking dirt and pavement race.
• BP-22: Ceramic-based medium friction pad. Use: Street performance, autocross, street & strip, consumer-grade towing.
• BP-28: Medium-high friction on titanium/stainless rotors at high temperature; low-medium temperature and medium friction on steel/iron rotors. Use: Sprint/midget, dirt late model, open wheel modified, lighter road race vehicles, drag (stainless rotor), track day vehicles, off-road.
• BP-30: High friction pad with medium initial response, rises with increased temperature. Use: Racing only - not for street use. Road course, heavy duty pavement oval, drag racing (stainless), club sport racers, track cars with ABS.
• BP-35: High friction, good low, medium response that increases with rotor temp. Use: Racing only - not for street use. Off-road racing, road course, pavement oval, drag racing (stainless), club sport racers, track cars with ABS.
• BP-40: High friction pad with aggressive initial response. Use: Racing only - not for street use. Road course, oval pavement, dirt all classes, off road.
• BP-45: Great low temperature friction. Use: Racing only - all race vehicles.
• PCM: Medium to medium-high friction compound for carbon-ceramic rotors. Use: For vented carbon-ceramic rotors only: high performance street/strip, drag race and track day.
